British consumers struggling with credit card debt have been warned to stay well away from store cards that offer discounts on products and other offers.

Which? say that consumers would be better off getting their hands on a credit card because the interest rates are significantly lower.

A spokesperson for the consumer group warned that customers should never even entertain the idea of taking on a store card unless they're '"very disciplined".
